I was permanently banned from the platform for telling someone that requested me, I was busy and had a booking through another app.

The apple log in option doesn’t work since the latest update. It just hangs.

It’s pretty stupid that you have to pay for premium to take other peoples dogs for a walk/for company. How are you supposed to message owner if you have to pay.

This app used to be alright, it does take a lot of time & effort initially to find dog owners who actually want to meet up. Been using this for a year now & probably wont continue my subscription because after 1-2 meetups owners just become flakey, even when you do & provide everything needed for dog sitting/walking.

Giving one star although I want to give NONE. The app messaging function has NOT WORKED for me meaning I wasn’t able to receive messages on time about dog walks. I contacted them for a refund and they told me to use the website (????). I wanted a functioning app. Re: refund ….management said no (?) so I paid £12.99 for nothing. Poor app design and UI and even worse customer service

I paid £13 for nothing! I literally got nothing in return, you can’t message people if you don’t pay £13 and even if you do message people who had paid for the premium THEY DONT REPLY!!! You should not have to pay to message people, especially because you get no payment in return, also please could you post on your app that you get no payment, this app is a waste of money and time

They need to spend more money on this app whenever I need to go on it and check my messages I’m always logged our it’s not that hard to make an app

I am new for thing like this, borrow my dog for free. I am a dog owner. Trying to find a dog sitter for my dog. I subscribed for a year hoping somebody will reply my message. I wrote to 13 people and they are premium as well but none of them reply my messages. NONE !!! If we pay for premium member then what is the point that we can’t communicate with another member that not premium. It’s useless app. Just don’t bother use this app. It’s very rare people just look after dogs for free.

There are far too many inactive accounts on this platform. Owners should be warned their account will be deactivated/removed from public view after 3 months of inactivity so owners and sitters can get a more accurate idea of who is looking to connect.

I was using BorrowMyDoggy and I had a bad experience with a borrower who took all of my puppies things that were worth around £140. Initially customer service was helpful and offered to help me get compensation. However after I asked to be refunded for the app (because I feel traumatised and uncomfortable from the experience) I am no longer receiving replies from customer support. To pet parents considering using the app I would suggest opting for a paid sitter because at least then they have an actual motive to not be flakey or even worse steal your things (or your dog!!)
