## BOS Mobile Banking Reviews in United States

### ***** "Employee Review"
Tyler Jackson is the best! Alway so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions, situations and problems.
A definite asset!

### *---- "Horrible update"
Just got the most recent update of this app and thoroughly unimpressed. the old version was just fine and seemed much more user-friendly. This new version is slow and hard to navigate.
-- Runlong123456, 2024-09-30

### *---- "Bad app"
This is one of the worst apps to login into . It’s just awful
-- Mxx1994, 2024-09-27

### *---- "New system"
I know there is a learning curve to any new system but this one has definitely more clicks to perform the usual functions. The one that I really dislike is having to have a text with a code sent to me every time I want to get into the payment program. Thanks for listening.
-- 88jiard, 2024-09-27

### ***** "Transfer"
The internal transfer button is so smooth and moves money quick!
-- Forrest Gump 1, 2024-09-25

### **--- "Internal transfer"
The revised update for the overdraft account does NOT have an option to learn the pay off amount. It only provide current & available amounts.
Unless I am missing something 🤨.
-- 🐶🐱🐮🐴🐔, 2024-09-24

### *---- "Update"
I updated to this new version and now I can’t access the app. Not pleased with this disruption in using the prior version of this app. Still can’t access the updated app.
-- mlneff, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Don’t like"
I hate that this is in portrait instead of landscape. My iPad will not set up this way and I find it much too cumbersome to have IPad flat down. 😢
-- KLB64, 2024-09-22

### *---- "Bad Update"
The new update locked me out of my account.
-- cd247.96, 2024-09-19

### ***-- "Issues"
Too many log in issues, causing my account to get locked.
