I am Bose sold 100% when it comes to sound quality. I had the Apple ear pods for one year and switched back to Bose Ultra. If you travel or are in the field as I am working in a louder environment Bose will shut all the unwanted noise out, connection to cell or job-site communication is seamless. Great Product!!! I use this app to control the inputs on my S1 Pro+ with my iPad. It works great to adjust mic levels on the fly from the back of the room. My only complaint is that it only works in Portrait mode and I use my iPad with a Magic Keyboard. With that addition, I would absolutely give this app five stars.

Headphones good app not so much

Started to have connection issues and found it to be the Bose app itself. Have turned off all connections to the Bose app and headphones now work perfectly. If an update comes out and fixes the issues I may try again.

Bose Products are Great but App is glitchy

I’ve always preferred the sound of Bose products over other speakers & home entertainment company’s products however since they’ve become more and more dependent on software to control them the annoyance factor has greatly increased. Most of the time, when I don’t have to use the Bose app to do anything, I still enjoy my Bose C products. But when I have to access settings and interact with the Bose app, my frustration level jumps to a 10 very quickly. I installed an upgraded router in my home so I needed to change my wifi settings. Everything went smoothly until I discovered my Bose products were not staying connected. The Bose products keep dropping connectivity from within the Bose app. This is an example of the main frustration I frequently experience with Bose’s software interface. Additionally Bose no longer connects properly with Alexa. Again I’ll remind you that every other home item is back up & running smoothly but not Bose. 😡

Very unstable app - always logging me out, different speakers play music out of sync, some speakers stop playing altogether. Needs a lot of work

Worthless Trash of an App

The whole Bose ecosystem of setting up these speakers on the home WiFi is a piece of utter trash—full of bugs, poor or non existent documentation, lack of any debug mechanism and third rate customer service. At least their products are super expensive!!!

Recent update killed the app. Can no longer access multi-point connections, EQ, or change modes. Beware!

The app frequently loses connection to my devices, so I’m always having to re-sync. The process to connect the devices to the app is not very easy either. The product themselves are just fine. I think they’re still great quality.

Navigating the App for Soundbar Use is Terrible

Using this app with my soundbar and navigating the settings are terrible. Waaaaay too many clicks to do simple tasks like toggling audio mode on/off.
