I recently purchased the Bose ultra open earbuds and am very satisfied even though they cost an arm and a leg.
However I have a concern about the charging case.
You cannot see what charge is left in the case this l think will lead to overcharging the case and will lead to a deteriorating battery?
So what started out with a good battery and listening experience for hours on end will result in an expensive run of the mill product please sort it out.

Once I select the speaker, none of the menus are working. Every feature is giving  “Something went wrong[CO].

Everything fully updated and rebooted. When I reconnect the Earbuds to the phone, they connect to bluetooth, but they show disconnected on the app and the audio cannot be routed to the earbuds until reset and re-paired to the phone. Deleting the app fixes the problem.
