Terrible app. It can't find my Soundbar 900 4 out of 5 times. Soundbar 900 is also a very poor product. In two out of five cases, when I turn on the TV, I have to restart it before using it. 🤦🏼♂️

One big disaster
It is not possible to connect speakers to the app, again and again. Another issue, I changed wifi and I am not able to connect to wifi again. App sees my speaker but shows error after connecting. I claimed to speakers before and decided to leave third one at home. Big mistake. Definitely I must purchase new one from another brand and this one throw away to the trash.
Last update - impossible to log in
Hi, after the last update I am unable to connect into my account. Log in page doesnt work, you can see only white screen.

Significant connection issues and missing support
I encountered an issue where, after logging back (force logout 03/02/2024 from app) into the app, my Smart Soundbar 900 is missing and cannot be reconnected. Additionally, attempting to use the help feature (link from app) results in a 404 error, which is unacceptable for a product priced at a premium. I expect better support and a swift resolution.
Voice assistants removed
Few weeks back voice assistant finally arrived and was available and works very well (Czechia), but it disappeared again after a while. Why?!
Voice asistant not available in my country?
So I paid heaps of money for Home Portable Speaker to find out that I can’t use Alexa due to some ridiculous country limitation? Well done Bose.
Doesn’t work with 14 Pro
The app doesn’t work on my iPhone 14 Pro. I have checked the settings, updated it, tried all support tips but didn’t solve the problem.
