Why the sudden replacement?
Not particularly happy you guys switched the app I used to “Bose Music” and now require a login to boot.
Great app
Great app of the best anc earbuds ever!!!
Bad volume control
The up and down touching of the right earbud instead of controlling the sound volume, triggers the iOS Siri or voice control. It is useless.
WiFi Problems, No Sleep Timer, No Voice Assistant in Regions where Not Officially Supported
It is a pity that Bose products produce great sound, but the App is really mediocre! - More often than not it loses the connection with the WiFi and needs to Restart! -There is no Sleep Timer! - Does not let you install Voice Assistants (Alexa, Google) in regions where said Assistants are not officially supported, but work perfectly well when spoken to in English! All Amazon products (Echo, etc.) work just fine. I just wonder why Bose does not let you install a voice assistant that would also let you have a sleep timer.

Worst app ever
I wish that the rating should include no stars. I downloaded this in my phone and it doesn’t work it all Once again Bose sounds good their apps are beyond bad. To say it is bad can’t even begin to describe how poorly thought out, non intuitive and how you have to restrain yourself from throwing your phone against the wall. I should it have buy a Sonos product.
Predatory and USELESS!!
This app solves absolutely zero problems while introducing hundreds more. It’s disgusting that you’re expected to pay hundreds of dollars for headphones only for their mandated app to sell your data.
