Why can anyone connect to my earphones if they have the app? Was this not thought through? Why does it still play the sound indicating that it is still trying to connect to something if it is connected to the phone, even interrupting music?

IPhone voice control is activated by a long press on the right QC earbud. There used to be a setting for disabling this shortcut. Now, the shortcut can’t be disabled anymore, due to a regression in this app. Renders my earbuds alþost unusable, unless I keep the right earbud clear of anything that might press on it.

I bought the nc700 headphones which are great but I can’t access the features that come with it because I can’t connect it to bose music app. It somehow connects to the iphone but not to the app. I did all the things possible like resetting, removing paired devices and nothing worked. It’s a huge level of frustration that comes and it’s not something to expect from a 400 usd heaphones. It’s baffling to me how a company like bose wasn’t able to fix this issue after more than half a year and people still can’t access the app.

I wish that the rating should include no stars. I downloaded this in my phone and it doesn’t work it all Once again Bose sounds good their apps are beyond bad. To say it is bad can’t even begin to describe how poorly thought out, non intuitive and how you have to restrain yourself from throwing your phone against the wall. I should it have buy a Sonos product.
This app solves absolutely zero problems while introducing hundreds more. It’s disgusting that you’re expected to pay hundreds of dollars for headphones only for their mandated app to sell your data.
Love the sound and quality but wish I can sync with other Bose speakers. I have the Bose sound link max and the Bose sound link flex
