Adding problem. And continous play option to disable
It has many problems adding bose smart home speaker 500.
- already in play-aux add mode, but not found; need to replug the speaker electricity
- successfull added wifi, but fail on product activation, this can be repeated but need luck
- SUGGESTION: i use this for baby room, I usually have White Noise on spotify preset on speaker. However, when the “album” is done, the speaker continue play the “radio” of that white noise. This lead to waking up the baby due to fluctuative song volume. Please give option to just retire playing preset if the album is done. thx

Please fix the app
I like the aesthetic of the new app but somehow the app also give the bug that make me want to change to my old airpods pro.
It seems the app gave me connectivity bug, majority of time when I automatically connect my Bose QC Ultra Earbuds, either my right or left buds have connectivity problem. And to fix that issue, I uninstalled the app and it works fine.
Hope your team can fix this issue as I really like your product and price wise, your consumer shouldn’t have this kind of problem.

A bit lousy
I thibk the application is bit connecting smoothly with my iphone. I thries to adjust the mode but somehow got stuck with the application system that suddenly stopped the process.
Poor connection reliability
When connecting to my earbuds from the apps, always suddenly got disconnected and need to pair again from the beginning. Tired of resetting again and again so I just used my phone bluetooth instead. Please help to fix asap. Thanks device: iphone 13 pro, earbuds bose QC II
Connection loss
Often have connection loss between my Ip13 promax with my earbuds quietcomfort 2. Some time need to unpair and pair again. Hope the apps can be update for more proper connection
