Great, simple app!
Although some would say it lacks features, I do use all of them that the app offers. Very good UX.

Best headphones app hands down
Changing headphones sources in the app is the best thing since sliced bread. Sony, your MX series should really be worried.
Horrible
The interface is constantly laggy and I have to turn off my headphones to actually connect to one device. Often the headphones won’t connect at all. Super annoying!
Extremely impractical
Impossible to quickly switch between sources. I use laptop and phone with headphones interchangeably - meetings on laptop, music on phone - and switching quickly is just not possible. It first (rather slowly) connects to the last source, then you have to disconnect from that source and only then connect to new. Shoud see connections options immediately upon app open and possibility to choose to which to connect. Added to above, when a bluetooth device becomes available (for example I’m switching on my laptop, headphones would at their own will disconnect current device and connect to a new one. Really curious what are the other users so happy about in this app - it cant get basics (easy listening) right. Very bad UX Bose.
Useless
It is portrait only app. I am sorry, it is 2021, we use landscape on iPad! Also it cannt find QC earbuds. Just nothing happens. IPhone app does it easily, iPad app doesn't do it at all. I removed earbuds pairing from iPad, put into pairing mode in the case as required - no luck. Paired manually, put in the case and in pairing mode - no luck. Deleted the app because it cannot be used on iPad at all. Bose, when will you start creating something that is usable?
Music Bose on 7000 headphones
Nice quality of music. But source must be decent. I used Tidal.
Connection to Bose 700 close to impossible
It keeps disconnecting. It rarely recognizes it. Takes purging device list and multiple tries. Piece of... Equipment for couple hundred bucks. I'm clearly disappointed.
Needs an EQ

Worst app ever
I wish that the rating should include no stars. I downloaded this in my phone and it doesn’t work it all Once again Bose sounds good their apps are beyond bad. To say it is bad can’t even begin to describe how poorly thought out, non intuitive and how you have to restrain yourself from throwing your phone against the wall. I should it have buy a Sonos product.
