Can’t stream music, audio setting went blank
Apps seems doesn’t work well for me..i’ve tried to reinstall many time still facing same issue Worse experience ever!! Terrible apps!!!

Unable to get updates battery percentage
I have the ultra quiet comfort headphone but then apps showing 100% but headphone different. What happen ?

Trashy Bose Music app
Bought a Bose Smart Soundbar 900 and pair with a Bose Bass Module 500. First of all there’s nothing smart about these products, very difficult to start them up and pair them to begin with, manual ask you to scan a QR code which leads you to download this crappy app, and there’s where your nightmare starts. And now have not been able to sign in to the Bose Music app for 3 days…. Keeps displaying “Something went wrong when we tried to sign you in, try again later”. What a piece of rubbish app. There’s no point to sell expensive products but have no ability to develop a proper app, what a disgrace! Last Bose from me.

Bose 700 fail to coonect thru app
Please update this app to support bose 700nc headphone. Now i’m connected only via ios bluetooth system instead via this App.
Buggy app with no helpful error messages
I bought a Bose 900 a week ago, mainly because of the quality that was implied by the Bose brand. Start up and set up went fairly easily, but ever since then the app has managed to lose connectivity more times than I had to remember. Of course deleting the app and reinstalling seems to fix the trouble. But does anyone really think that that is a viable solution? I am open to suggestions from the developers as well as the makers of the sound bar. Assuming of course, someone actually takes the trouble to read these reviews for the sake of product enhancement
