Absolutely terrible

Horrible app. Connected to my phone. Tried connecting to another device and now won’t connect to anything. The help is convoluted and confusing. Returned earbuds. Bad app. Really bad.

Bose App Controls

The app is brilliant. I bought the QuietComfort Ultras and the app is super easy to use and setup the headphones as well as control the eq and the sound system

Useful App

Keeping it simple to use it’s important for elderly people like me.

Annoying login requirement

The app is good. But when it decides to log you out and you have to login again to mute the speaker next to you, then it is no longer useful as a remote.

Google Assistant

They removed google assistant on my Bose Smart 300 No longer an option to set up Google. Only Alexa. Piece of garbage, Brought it for my google home.

Good app, Screen just needs to rotate for i-pad??

Good App, wish the screen would rotate when I’m using it on my i-pad. Also wish i was able to save customised equaliser presets like you can on u.e app?? Thanks

Hopeless

Worked when I first set things up for my Soundbar900 using my appleid but subsequently lost the plot after adding bose subwoofer (also initially successfully) losing the Soundbar and failing every time at the”registering product” stage of the Add Product process. Result was an expensive Soundbar that worked (mostly although Alexa was on strike regularly) but wasn’t visible, and hence not configurable. Am now having to delete my account, delete the app from my ipad, reinstall and reregister (this time I’ll avoid using my appleid to do so to reduce passthru complexity) and hope a clean install gets me back to square one after wasting hours of my life on what should be a faultless solution given the day and age we live in. Wish I had bought at half the price and not relied on the Bose reputation for quality.

Pathetic......

Very disappointed with how unstable this app is. Expected a lot more from Bose!

Pointless

Is it the app or the headphones (Bose 700 NC) at fault… The app was a complete waste of time and not actually required. I never got it to do what it is apparently intended to do e.g., allow me to select and switch source - it’s actually simpler/quicker just to switch off the sources I do not want and toggle the power on the headphones.
