Ok, but offers no support to all currently offered products from Bose. I bought Soundlink Flex speakers from Bose (current model) and can’t connect to Bose app. I had to download another, very basic and disappointing app (Bose Connect) to start using my brand new speakers. Super strange…

logging out - no offline utility

Hi I will gladly change rating to 5 when issue will be solved. App randomly (quite often) logs me out and then when I’m flying the plane and have no internet I can’t change modes or any settings of my headphones. Before I was using headphones and app of (in my opinion overall worst) competitive company and it was never an issue.

Not happy

I have an issue to connect QT 35 II with app. Headphones are visible by iPhone 13 mini, BOSE Connect also see them but it is not possible to detect by BOSE Music :/ I did everything (reset/forgetting the device) but it just not work.

Happy with the latest software update for bose quiet comfort se and a possibility of adding custom modes
