The sound quality of my Homespeaker 500 is absolutely amazing. But if I do play it via the app and set the volume it does “jump around” between going louder and softer. So I mainly have to play it via Bluetooth. I have gone through trouble shooting… And our wifi strength is “great”. We only have one router… so I do not think our wifi is the problem. Just to let you know. Maybe you have some advice for me. Can it be my phone?

We used to have augmented reality feature when the headphones first launched; why is the feature removed particularly in SA?
Battery won’t charge to 20 Hours
My NC 700s were fine until an update came out and now they only charge to 17 hours (out of 20 hours). It’s not age either, they were about 2/3 months old at the time. Please fix this, then it’ll be 5 stars.
Loving my Portable Bose Speaker
The acoustics on this fabulous little gadget are worth every cent. Bought in ZA; and off to Italia in a couple months. Love, love, love it.
