+ 100 to - 100 it changes almost nothing on the Bose Smart ultra sound bar . It is embarrassing for so expensive system. I had many troubles adding other speakers to it, the smartik speakers, and the sound as cracking … I had very bad experiences using it to some details like these … 

Bose is supposed to be excellent products regarding audio. This app and its product it manages / control should not have those problems and bugs. What a shame !!!

Can’t connect my soundbar 700 at all after the recent app update. Sounds are flat and not able to calibrate the soundbar and bass module as app is not detecting my soundbar. Pls fix the issue in the app and update urgently.

The app somehow keeps making me logged out, and when I have no access to the internet I can do nothing on this app, everyday I login to my account the next day it’ll ask me again to log in, like what the actual deal here?

Plus, sometimes switching from immersive to aware always broken like it doesn’t change and it keeps telling me “aware” or “immersive”

This headset I bought it’s expensive and to experience this things continuously I think this is ridiculous. What’s the solution?
