Not much use other than 4 equaliser options and then a reset option. No option to select another version and keep that as any reset deletes it again, therefore leaving 5 options - their 4 or flat. 10 options of varying listening styles, which again are just named differently. There are options to amend them by varying anc plus ‘wind noise’, which seems to add more white noise. Does give the option to allow two devices to be connected at the same time (iPad and iPhone in my case). While testing it didn’t recognise the headphones now & then so I deleted the app and sent back the headphones (quiet comfort). Shame, as my QC 15’s are still really good, though no Bluetooth ability, which is little use with a newer devices without a socket.

There is absolutely no point in having this app, and in all honestly the worst pair of headphones I’ve had in a while.

The sounds is less clear that even Apple headphones, there is no ‘find my’ feature and instead pushes you to download connect which won’t allow you to add your headphones because there is supposedly a better app

As per title. Bose TV speaker connects to TV via HDMI cable and normal tv remote is used to control speaker volume. It’s great until you wish to use any other tv remote feature.. search internet etc or YouTube videos and when you type in search bars, the tv volume gets turned down. And you can’t separate the tv remote from the Bose speaker, can’t reset it, and this app doesn’t connect to it! Wish I’d never bought it!

I purchased Bose QC ultra earbuds. They worked fine for a month but keep disconnecting bluetooth during calls. I had them replaced through customer care. Problem still persists. Tried various things and at last figured out that when the app is deleted the problem is solved and no disconnection happens. Issue is you lose the functions of touch and shortcuts. Tried with customer service but they offer no help and insist the issue is with my iphone though it works fine with other bluetooth devices. Bose need to sort out this faulty poor performing app because these earbuds actually do  cost a lot for such inconvenience!

Had the buds (QCII) for over a year and when they work they are great, but the connection is not always reliable. The problem always arises after charging, I’ve now charged them and they won’t connect to the app at all. I can use them without, but you can’t change any settings. Please advise of a solution.
