I bought 2 of the Soundflex speakers so I could use them simultaneously in party mode. This app often has trouble finding one or both of the speakers, so I have to forget them in my Bluetooth list and then power off and reeconnect to find them. It sometimes doesn’t even work when I do that! I love the speakers but hate the inconsistency of the connection.

The app and headphones are perfect in every way except that the connections can get a little annoying. It’s nice to have a bunch of devices set up to quick connect but it means that the headphones will try to connect two times to each until it has connected to two devices or tried all devices. This is annoying and interrupts audio. Please add a simple fix which allows you to select/deselect devices to which you want your headphones to auto connect to. If you add that it’s a 5/5.

While the sound is excellent, I spend a lot of time reconnecting and disconnecting and reconnecting in order to have stereo or party mode. I am not pleased with the app and will never purchase Bose products( my speakers were a gift). Not worth the frustration.

My goodness , with all the devices and connectivity apps … just spare yourselves and get a Bose and use this app . It’s flawless. I can’t say how many times I’ve used the app to find my soundlink speaker stuffed in the couch or out  around the fire pit  from a rowdy night listing to tunes . It’s simple , effective and reliable! Thank you Bose !!!

I cannot believe how bad this app is when it comes to linking two Bose Resolve speakers in stereo. Only works 10% of time. Otherwise I have to try multiple sequences to get it to link, after getting the “Whoops” screen. Then I do exactly what it suggests and I get it again and again. Some days it never works, delinking in Bluetooth constantly. I reboot everything many times and sometimes get it to work. Other times I just give up and listen in Mono. Too bad cause these speakers in stereo are fantastic. You developed a new app that links seamlessly with headsets but decided not too include the Resolve Speaker? Why? Probably because you messed up so bad you couldn’t make it work. Well I’m throwing in the towel and buying two JBL speakers as I’m told they link seamlessly. Been a big Bose fan my whole life but I now see why your brand is caving, if this is how you treat loyal customers. Sad!

When this app works and connects ur speakers into party mode it is a beautiful thing.

Good luck with that though. I have had this device for over a year. And like every other time, I have to spend at least 5 minutes getting into party mode, and that is an understatement. Speakers power off, drop connection, can’t find my product etc.

I just gave up after 15 minutes. The app even said party mode and yet not with my phone that asked for it but the person sitting beside me who doesn’t even have the app. 

Restart. Reset. Bluetooth. On then off. Tried it all many times. I only bought two speakers for party mode. It’s rare when I get to enjoy it. 

Expect more from Bose and paid for more!!

I purchased a Bose Flex in July and absolutely love the speaker.  So I purchased a 2nd one a few weeks ago to make a stereo speaker pair.  The app on iPhone will not let me add the speakers, keep getting the “oops “ something is wrong error message.  I spent over 2 hours on the phone with Bose customer support, that was a complete waste of time and no resolution was provided!  I am seriously considering returning the 2 Bose SoundLink Flex speakers for a refund.  If the app doesn’t allow you to connect with the speakers, what’s the point?  Frankly for a company like Bose to allow an app that is not working is very disappointing and frustrating!
