Please hire a competent company to write your app software. While your speakers are great the app experience is “politely” less than stellar. Stereo mode is hit and miss. Open the app after the speakers are linked and in stereo the app immediately unlinks speakers and turns off at least one speaker. Updated app and tried again and the exact same bug bit again. Can’t check battery levels while playing anything. When using stereo mode to watch a movie, the sound lag is so bad making this a very limited option.
I only wish the Bose app was as good as the Bose speakers.
Can’t track
This app has tracking capabilities, and the other Bose app does not. However when you connect to this app it prompts “we have a better app” and forces you to use the one with no tracking capabilities. Extremely frustrating when this is literally the only reason I would need an app for headphones
Logged me out of my headphones
Logged me out of my headphones that I have had for YEARS! This update made me setup an account so they could peddle my info. SHAME.

SIMPLE BUT POWERFUL
I own a SOUNDLINK FLEX BLUETOOTH SPEAKER. With this app, this speaker and my Pandora account, I've never been happier with a sound system and I've spent thousands of dollars over the years for state of the art audio systems. I ❤️ BOSE!
Bose Quiet Comfort II
These are by far the greatest headphones I’ve ever owned. The noise cancellation is superb!!!
I can work on various loud machines and they drown out the noise enough for me to be able to make phone calls!!!
These are a 10/10 and I can not give them a higher recommendation!!!!
