Bose product support lacking
The current version of the Bose SoundTouch app is out of date and doesn’t work with more recent versions of Apple IOS. I have attempted several times to talk to someone at Bose but their tech support people seem to have no contact with their software people. I am forced to keep an old iPhone on hand to be able to change my streaming music selections.

Love sound touch!
App is easy to use and never fails. Products are wonderful, just unfortunate they stopped making new products and are no longer making the products that were made.
Update App Please
It’s been two years and now I can’t get connected back to my Bose after a power outage wipe out everything. Update the app please!
Can’t locate speakers error message
Can’t locate speakers in IOS using this app. The app locate speakers on my android device!
Glitchy
App is very glitchy and takes a long time to load. It continually disconnects from Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Disappointing given the price of the equipment that it supports.
It won’t connect
It won’t connect to my Bose speaker while using VPN. This is inconvenient.
