Bought these on sale. The battery life is decent, but I cannot find a source for replacement batteries. Additionally, the cameras randomly lose connection to the network. The motion detection is hit and miss sometimes, but that could be a setting that I have missed. I did not pay for extra things in the app, so I cannot speak for those. I have had them for about a year.

### ****- "Good but with quirks"
I like these units a lot they allow me to mock and unlock my doors remotely. They also let me check the status of my doors when I’m unsure that I’ve left something open. But they have a quirk on a door that is used often.  It often loses track of the open/closed state.  I’ve purchased two more since so it hasn’t deterred me from using them. Just wish it would stop doing that.

This was a pretty decent product until they decided to go out of business didn’t leave us anyway to cancel our subscription because I no longer have the cameras. It just kept charging my credit card so I finally had to dispute the charges and then ended up having to just shut the credit card off these guys are a bunch of rip offs. They continue to collect, but don’t do anything more for their product.

Thankful to Bosma as these two cameras are such a big help for in caring for our elderly Parents.  Even though they can still care for themselves we can watch at a moments notice if one has fallen or needs us right away.  We love the ability to create a family group too!  Thank you!

Most of their products have been out of stock for years. Their customer support is non existent, literally. The 800 number is dead and their CA address comes back to an empty business park.

On the other hand the camera works after manually downloading and updating the firmware. Their servers appear to be running as you must login through Bosma to access the camera so I could only assume someone overseas keeps the servers running for data harvesting or streaming these types of unsecured cams online. Either way it works, has survived multiple hurricanes and isn't supposed to get wet. 🤷🏼‍♂️
