The app functions reasonably well. However, anytime there’s an issue it takes me nearly a week to get the one person that works in the technical support department on the phone. Currently, I have called the last six days in a row and have still yet to hear anything back from them. It’s just leave a voicemail and hope for the best. Do better boss!

Best product ever for ticket management and beyond. It’s a great damage prevention solution for an array of challenges. But the best part counties to be the people behind the product. They truly care and are good people!

Software is mediocre at best. Continuous, and constant glitches while trying to do routes getting an error code that the system doesn’t have enough memory to continue. Doesn’t matter which device I’m using, this is a frequent problem. I have addressed this with technical support, with no satisfaction. I get repeated excuses, and very little effort to come up with a fix. When we first started utilizing the software a few years ago it was great, I’m not sure what the disconnect is, but I’m not impressed with the software any longer. You are costing my company time, and money when it continues to glitch and restart over and over and over again. Get it right, fix it, please!

Boss 811 was REALLY good. They then took away the lock pins ( Which are VERY USEFUL ) That brought it from a 5 star to a 2. Yes, the lock pins are that useful.
Boss has since brought back the lock out pins for its users . And have made a few other changes that have helped us locators. I would still like to see the address numbers on the map at the bottom of the tickets. Hopefully they are working on that.

Boss811 does not disappoint in any way… the app is easy to learn, great interface, and extremely powerful when you are marking out facilities on the go! Everything you need in the palm of your hand!

All in all it is a good app. My only issue is with moving a locate onto another technician using the mobile app on my iPhone. It doesn’t work. I tried opening the locate in a browser on my iPhone and it still won’t let me do it.  I’m hoping for a fix soon. 

Other than that the app is pretty easy to use.

The ability to dispatch tickets to subcontractors has been asked for since the launch of this product. Nothing yet!!! There is no point in having the mobile app if I have to carry my laptop around to carry out the functions anyway.

It works, but... Can’t filter dates on tickets, can only see so many tickets on the app at a time, no on going ticket response code, mostly just the filtering options that’s most frustrating.
