I can’t see all of them unless I type the ticket one by one. -- breanalopez, 2024-12-12 ### *---- "Easier to pay online and scanner didn’t work" I usually don’t write reviews but this app is actually more work than paying online. I just downloaded the app as I thought the big benefit is paying right away and avoiding fees. First, the scan feature was unable to pick up the bar code despite multiple attempts. So you have to manually enter in ticket #. Then it will not let you either save credit card info once entered or even just scan the credit card # - or use your Apple Pay. Lastly I entered in my CC number correctly but it said payment didn’t go through - so had to reenter again before it took it. I read in another review that someone had the same issue. I like the idea of paying immediately when you get a ticket, but if they don’t improve the app I will stick with paying online. -- jmdnp, 2024-02-15 ### *---- "It doesn’t work don’t bother downloading it" I downloaded it to pay my ticket. The app doesn’t even work to process my card, neither visa nor Mastercard. -- Annoyed777789, 2023-10-20 ### *---- "Bunk" Not here because I want to be… -- SeanMelKel, 2023-02-06 ### *---- "Terrible" This app is truly a piece of garbage. Looks like a 2nd grader coded it. Can’t say I’m surprised though since it’s coming from the city of Boston. -- user_0123456789876543210, 2022-09-09 ### *---- "Still requires service fee" No way to pay without all those extra fees. Ridiculous. -- jaydogboyman, 2022-08-10 ### ***-- "Why" Who is getting parking violations often enough to need an app and not just pay one offs online? How much does the city pay for this app? -- Harold29592, 2021-12-06 ### ***** "Conduent can do it!" Fast, efficient app to direct your payment to the municipality that ticketed you, saving both of you a record of the event and, reminding you, if necessary, to pay up in order to avoid a penalty. Sure, the app’s a conduit for your personal information, but how private a commodity do you think that is? Why fret over it if your parking skills can’t get you a private enough spot to avoid a ticket. -- Smittify, 2021-09-11 ### *---- "I hate the city of Boston" Trash people, trash place. Tow me one more time buddy -- Robert l aaaaa, 2021-07-20 ### ****- "Does the job" The app does the job, but the User Experience is lacking. I know I shouldn’t be getting parking tickets this often, but please add the ability to save your card!!! -- Princess77cool, 2020-11-29 [View all Boston PayTix reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
