I have $47.49 worth of food in my cart but a glitch in app says I need to have at least $15 in my cart and won’t let me order.

App charges mandatory 25 cent municipality packaging fee when ordering just a pizza for takeout. Checked with my local city and they don’t know why BP is charging this as they have no such bylaw. The provincial government has a 25 cent charge for paper bags, but this doesn’t apply to pizza boxes that I’m aware of. I know it’s only 25 cents, but what does BP want.. for me to bring my own box?

There’s one store in my town … why not make it so you can have a favorite instead using that stupid map every time

I LOVE Boston Pizza. Always have. Especially love the deals that are exclusive to the app - they are great money savers. What sucks is I can never avail of them because no matter how many app updates get released, I never fail to have issues with the app recognizing my address and allowing me to have my BP delivered. There are BP’s all around me but I continually get the “We’re sorry! We can’t find a store that delivers to your address” notification. It has happened with multiple addresses and I have no idea what the issue is. I refuse to order through Skip/Door Dash because the app exclusive deals aren’t available and suddenly I’m paying over $100 for some pizza and wings with fees - so I give up and order something else. I love you guys - PLEASE fix this issue.

App thinks I’m tapping on an item but I’m simply scrolling.

For a long time this app said I had no store within delivery distance, despite that being demonstrably false. Now I’m able to choose delivery but it won’t let me hit checkout. It’s just constantly greyed out. It’s been way too long since this app has had any kind of reliable functionality.

It would be faster to fax your order to BP than to get this app to load a page

How on earth in 2024 do you not have order tracking? Why can’t I look at basic order status on this app? Once I place the order, I can only find it under re order.

Only downloaded to make things faster. But only to find that I can’t even order what I want through the app. Now I either gotta call in and speak with somebody or go directly to the store front. Wasted 15 minutes just to find this out. And another 2 minutes to write this “review”. I won’t let any of my people waste time like this. App is basic. “Want pizza? Done” And not “What would you like to order? Nachos with seasoned beef and dipping sauce. Not the starter size? Okay. Order will be ready for pick up”.

Ordered a chicken mushroom fettuccini today. The staff were very tentative and the food was hot. Best service I have had from a restaurant in town.
