This app needs to be updated, so many bugs hope the developers fix this issue

Such a useless app can't make a call even for 2 mins and it asks for premium
Over heating the phone
Probably the only option to use in UAE. Consume a lot of battery and over heat the mobile. I play pubg for 4 hours battery is not affected. Calling on botim reduces my battery 20% in 20 mins.

Connecting issue
Every alternate day i am facing issue of call connection. Whenever try to call after ring its just showing connecting. No voice coming & going.
prepaid card delivery
If anyone going to use prepaid debit card of Botim never pay online for physical card delivery because it’s show 2-3 working days but it will take more than week or more and BOTIM support team ignored your mails about update So always choose cash on delivery Case ID: [CAS-08308-J6N2Z7].

Buffer and pip not working
Most of the time video is buffering while video call and audio is also not clear at that time . The same is not happening at other apps
