International transfers are NOT working as advertised
I tried many times to send money via international transfer to my family member, but it was always rejected. After submitting numerous reports and sending many emails to their support team regarding my issue, it still wasn't resolved. I didn't even receive any explanation of what was wrong or how it could be fixed. I do not recommend this app.

Unable to swap between voice and audio call Calls are not really stable. Callers from outside the country sometimes receive a message “insufficient balance to make the call”. Shouldn’t it be free? Advertising is too much. We need to subscribe with the internet provider and now this app we need to subscribe too?
I heard my own voice (echo)
This is a very helpful app but since I updated Botim with the latest version, I kept hearing my own voice (it’s like repeated what I talked) when I had video call also the echo sounds was very annoying. Please do something about it.
