للأسف برنامج سئ ، حيث انني قمت بتعبئه رصيد محفظتي وعندما حاولت ان استخدم هذا الرصيد او اقوم بتحويله الي حسابي البنكي او الي شخص اخر لا استطيع اتمام الخدمة ويبلغني بان حسابي مجمد وهنتك مشكله ، وعندما حاولت عمل تقرير واتبعت الخطوات ايضا لا استطيع ويبلغني بانه حدث خطأ ما والعمليه مرفوضه، ارسلت الي خدمة العملاء ولكن بدون جدوي وبدون حل المشكله يبلغوني انا اقوم بعمل تقرير، وانا لا استطيع عمل تقرير حيث ان التطبيق لا يقبل بان اقوم بتقديم تقرير، للأسف تجربه سيئه ولا يقومون بحل المشكله

Very poor responds and app features needs to be more improved. Especially in call waiting, accepting and call notifications. App is not fully compatible with Apple AirPod as well as many other bugs in compared with other popular apps. 

My one year VIP subscription is demoted to the basic version once I change my number. Contacted twice to the developers thru the app, unfortunately no action took place rather than a feedback receipt.

Probably the worst communication app I have used till date. Firstly getting the verification code was such a big problem. Secondly I had a subscription for using this app and guess what - worst connection ever, video and voice do not connect, even though I’m on 4G and have complete range. Such a big money rip off this app is. Need to rethink which app to choose again for communications.
