Customer care doesn’t do their work
I have been added to a family vip bundle, but there was no change to my account at all. All the other family members have changed in the status and stopped seeing the advertisements during the calls. One of the family memebers was removed and I was placed instead. So total quantity remained same. But my changes never have been taken to a place. I tried multiple times to reset the memebership. I’ve emailed them several times. Unfortunately they DONT CARE at all.

Ошибка при отправке смс
Номер телефона вводит для смс неправильно. Номер проверен, подтвержден, а когда выводит на отправку смс с кодом, показывает +7 8(916) ….. если вы ставите +7 сами, зачем тогда 8 вводите?!

Не приходит смс. Долго поступает код на ватсап. Какого отправляется на ватсап код? Написано смс поступит. Позже вообще перестало отправлять смс для входа. Переустановка приложения не помогло. Сделайте вход по электронной почте или через номер телефона!!!! Достали! Поддержка по электронной почте молчит !
Проблема со звонкам
Все работало хорошо полгода , а теперь уже 2 недели не работают звонки , когда почините ???
Не отправляет сообщения
Уже надоела данная проблема , ботим очень часто удаляет сообщения сам по себе и часто не приминает их ,уведомление приходит и сообщение на глазах исчезает в добавок еще и сообщения не отправляются
Конфликт
Приложение конфликтует в связке, айфон часы хуавей gt 4. Как при входящем так и исходящем звонке.

Не приходит смс код.
Не приходит смс код на Российский номер. К номеру телефона добавляется 8. Странная защита - следующая попытка через 7:45.
