Right off the bat, the tickets showing two different dates in two different places. Super confusing to understand why? I thought I booked wrong date, so tried rescheduling or cancellation. But there is not even an option for that. Submitted refund request, no acknowledgment. The tickets still showing and after two days, no contact. I booked two new tickets for another day, and when I tried sharing with myself, coz its for me and my kid it doesn’t allow saying u already bought tickets. Like wth?? What kind of illogical platform is this? Now I am $110 down and no idea if and when I can attend the event. Which is only 5-6 days away. Is this a joke? I received an email close to the date saying I have to send the 2nd ticket to my guest and they have to sign up to the bounce service in order to use the ticket.
