Bound FAQ
Is Bound free?
Bound is not free (it costs 69.00), however it doesn't contain in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Bound legit?
✅ The Bound app appears to be high-quality and legitimate. Users are very satisfied.
I just bought this App! Earlier today I had bought an audiobook not available on Apple/Audible on a local store. I couldn’t figure out how to copy it to my phone and the book app. Within 30 seconds of buying this App I had imported the book and listened to it. I also love that you can use this app with intention, there is no stressful algorithm which tries to distract you from listening to books.
App crashes
Unfortunately, the app crashes when moving to next file if the app is not in focus. Which makes it unusable :(
Perfect except for one thing
There is no shaking to add time to the sleep timer. If there were I’d give it a 5 star.
Very good
This app has a lot of good features. Apart from the obvious it also can import books from iCloud, Dropbox and more. And what I really like is that it displays a folder of many mp3 files as a single book. Perfect if you ripped a CD book or downloaded as smaller files.
Almost perfect
Strongly recommended
Just wow!
Just got this app and fall in love with it! Awesome app, super clean and simple to use, and works like a charm!
Most used app on my phone
Bound is super convenient for playing audiobooks and other sound files, Just airdrop from the mac and then import in bound with very few clicks.
The only thing is that lately I’ve had issues where it doesn’t always move to the next track in a book. Not sure if it’s a bug or an issue with my current book, it didn’t use to happen.
Anyway love the app and wish I could pay more for it!
Needs to support proper meta tags
iTunes sorting tags is a must, to organize books that are part of a series of books without clutter naming.
And also needs support for displaying longer titles:subtitles.
My favorite Audiobook App
This is absolutely the best audiobook app if you want to listen to your own audiobooks. The simplicity to download your book from your favorite cloud service and skip the transfer via iTunes. If you are in to audiobooks and have them ripped on your computer then this is the app for you.
Love it
But it would have been nice if bookmarking could rewind a couple of seconds (optional?) when the button is pressed. And folders too.
