Bound - Audiobook Player

Device - iPhone 12. Importing from Google drive. I have to go back to the files and double and triple check whether all the files are downloaded. And then tap "All" button over and over again. Why your app can't just download all the files in the folder? It skips files, or just doesn't go to the end of the list. Also, for some reason it mixed up the files in the first book I tried to add. Strangely, because in the folder on Google drive they are in perfect order. I tried to add files in small batches, tapping each download button one by one. First 12 or so files - the order, when checked in the book - was ok, but when I added a few more files to the same book - it went all over the place, mixing the files that have already been there! Sort this out, please. For an app with no free version - it's a piss-poor performance.

Right now I can’t delete any book from my library. Btw, a bulk deleting option will be a good addition

I tried lots of audiobooks players and found that this app is one of the best. I would like to see an Apple Watch app as well and a widget for iPhone which will add extra stars for the developer. ))) Good luck!

Perfect for playing your audiobooks from your files app

This is a pretty good, no frills audiobook player. It has a super clean UI and works really well. I consider it my backup book player at this point. The problem is that there’s already a free book player on the market that has the major features that I never really knew I needed until I tried out this app. 1. The sleep timer works as intended, but one feature that would be nice is to have a “reset sleep timer when play button is hit” feature. If you’re listening to a book and haven’t fallen asleep by the time the book stops, then you’re forced to go back into the app and reset the timer. 2. A control panel widget to resume playing the last boom where you left off. Having a 1 click solution to playing your audiobooks is SUPER handy and something I feel gets overlooked.

I’ve been using Bound for at least five years now! It’s one of the few reasons I keep my old iPhone and resist switching to Android! I was happy to see that the app got an update with the fresh layer of paint this year, and I may come up with several ideas how to improve it, but the only critical thing to me is the option to export and import the bookmarks! Bookmarks feature was how I initially discovered Bound. But I can’t keep my entire audiobook library in the app, and perhaps no more than 9 books at a time, then when I remove a book from the app - all my bookmarks are gone forever!

I’ve been using bound for a long time. I love how easy it is to get files off my PC and on to my phone. Great audiobook player!

Happy with the speed adjustments, sleep timer, and general UI. Very easy to upload.
