The first impression was selecting our teams and that was much more effective. But, the most important improvement for us was purchasing tickets. Having grands in multiple sports in multiple conferences was a nightmare. But, the first week of purchasing tickets, the improvement was very clear; simple and easy to use. I wish Universities would use Bound Sports for their ticket system. The systems they use are confusing and difficult to navigate and it seems ease for the user is not a consideration. I know their bar is very low but, this new app raises the bar. Universities would benefit from using Bound tickets.
