Wish it worked!!
I don’t know what they’ve been doing to the app, but it gets less usable each time I try to open it. More than half the time, the app doesn’t fully load. I can’t go to my profile and open my books. I can’t download new books or if the book does open, it won’t play. Even more annoying that there’s no good or easy way to send them feedback and tell them what issues I’m having. Would love to love this app but they sure make it impossible to use.
Mediocre app
Some times this app works some times it doesn’t. When it works it’s great but it’s extremely buggy. If listening to an audio book you cannot fast forward to the spot you want to re listen to. Often the audio skips so you’ll have a hard time finding your previously listened to spot. When reading a book the issue of glitches where the app skips around so you loose your place is frequent and annoying. I use this app for library books and it’s not cutting it. I wish all books were just made avaliable on Libby. Often this app simply just doesn’t load, so you cannot even access the book you want to read.
Slow to the point of unusable
Sluggish to the point of almost unable. Too many clicks to just resume listening. Open app>play last book. That’s all you should have to do.
There have been many times that on my 5 minute commute I have been unable to start listening to my book. FIVE MINITES is an unreasonable amount of time to launch an app.
Frustrating
Every time I log on I go to my shelf and it’s frozen, I can’t pick what I’m listening too. Therefore I have to search what I’ve checked out and go from there. I will say it’s easier to find stuff to listen too that I can’t get on the other library app, but that’s probably because of the glitches here.
‘Premium Reading App’ in Question
I can’t get my book to even load. I have deleted and reinstalled the app continuously and I can not get it to work. I now see why I pay Audible each month. It actually works.
Freezes!!
This app freezes EVERYTIME!!! I open it. I have to tap my name many, many times before it finally starts up.
A review from 6/17 stated this problem. It’s now 7/4 and still going on.
Please FIX THIS!!! Sooooo frustrating. Cannot believe the library moved from Axs 360 to this.

Horrible App
This app is horrible. I checkout and download audiobooks and they don’t work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and have changed every setting imaginable. Don’t use this app!

Signed me out. Won’t let me sign back in. It won’t search for my library.
This app is clunky and clumsy and frustrating. Have to reopen every time, then scroll to find checked out book. Highlight colors are ridiculously dark.
Forced to switch from Axis360
My library “upgraded” to this app from Axis, so I expected a better experience. Unfortunately, that’s far from what I got. This app is awkward to navigate, often freezes up, and has simplistic features. More of a downgrade.
Update: I received a nice message from Apple tech asking me to send more detailed feedback to Boundless. A link was provided which, surprise surprise, didn’t work.
