## BOV Mobile Reviews in Malta

### *---- "Awful app"
Locked me out after failing to authenticate me with FaceID and I just got the app today. It’s a shame HSBC is closing , I’m already hating BOV
-- IntegerVar, 2025-11-01

### *---- "It’s not helpful"
Because I am came for mobile banking and i wait for more than 1hrs
Sorry it’s not helpful
-- Fb lolo, 2025-08-19

### *---- "A terrible update — removing screenshot functionality is a huge mistake"
This app used to work just fine. I could take a screenshot of a transaction for my records — a basic and essential feature in any banking app. But now? Every time I try, I get a black screen.

This change is completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating. Instead of adding useful features, the developers decided to remove one of the most practical tools we had.

It’s not making the app safer — it’s just making it more difficult to use. Bring back screenshot support like it was before. Not everyone wants to beg customer support every time they need proof of payment!
-- Mone2211, 2025-07-09

### *---- "Disappointed"
The app on my iPhone is a complete disaster
