## Boyd Rewards Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t allow you to checkout"
They said to download the app for a digital key and checkout. I searched their app and website for an hour and found no such option anywhere.
-- Blacktide, 2025-06-23

### ***** "Now it’s better"
I read a review that said, you’re a casino, do better. Guess what? They have done better. Now with this cashless thing going on, it’s awesome. To all of you who trashes Boyd Rewards: With a few bug fixes, this is going to one of the best ones around.
-- xgretx, 2025-06-23

### *---- "Offers show online, not on app"
My casino offers only show up when I log on to the actual website, not on my app. Pretty disappointing.
-- veggiedude747, 2025-06-19

### *---- "Bad"
The app legitimately doesn’t work
-- ljhhfcgdsd, 2025-06-15

### ***-- "Excellent hotel"
The app is convenient and the rewards program has generous benefits. The staff is very kind and welcoming
-- M. Dev., 2025-05-28

### *---- "Broken promises"
You keep saying you’re working on your app to work better and 8 months later… nothing
-- Nemo $, 2025-05-02

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
I tried registering for an account, but it won’t complete the process. I took countless photos of my ID, but nothing worked. Waste of time.
-- Mythrim, 2025-04-23

### *---- "App not working"
The app moves slow. Now we’ll designed not can you use the “book room” feature. A blank screen populates. I have uninstalled and installed the application three times. This is unacceptable.
-- jaiwells81, 2025-04-17

### *---- "Unable to validate login at this time"
Will not validate my login no matter what I do. Thought I wasn’t using the correct credentials but after resetting everything, nothing works. Disappointing. If I could give this app ZERO stars I would. Hehe
-- Nazamataz, 2025-04-14

### *---- "Epic fail"
Trying to login again to check the new app and pwd reset does not work!!!
-- Return member, 2025-03-25
