## BP Connect Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Stores photos of my child to the cloud without my consent"
If you are forced to use this app by your daycare, there is no option to opt out of photos. Photos of your child can be taken without your consent and stored to the cloud without your consent. This is a HUGE privacy violation by this company.

### *---- "Support services"
I am so disappointed at the lack of support for the app I have been having problems for many weeks and it still isn’t resolved and now it looks like they are just ignoring me I live far away from my grandson and look forward to seeing his journal and I have not been able to see it for weeks and all I get is excuses ☹️so frustrating
