In over 30 years I’ve never gone late on a credit card once, but since opening this card I’ve gone late by at least a day or two on almost every statement because there is no way to set up automatic payments. I’d advise BP to consider doing business with someone else for their credit card because I’m on the verge of closing this account and taking my purchases to a different company. The option to make automatic payments does not require any major system overhaul and should be a basic function of any respectable bank or credit card provider.

Extremely intuitive and efficiently designed for quick resolution of tasks, such as paying your monthly statement.

For some reason I can’t put you on my electronic payments with my bank app. I have to either mail or go on your app to pay you.

Easy to use, easy to pay. Some apps and cards overcomplicate things, this is not one of them.

I signed up in order to get the .15 cents off a gallon but never got it

It is very easy t navigate and use

Spoke with 4 people about not getting .30 off per gallon of gas. No one could give me answers. Then tried to close my account. Kept being told I may be charged fees if I pay my account off in full. No one could explain that. So I’m paying off this bill. Give you a few days to receive it. Then, hopefully I can close this account!
