App doesn’t work
It made me register and won’t recognize my account
Can’t Get Registered
Tried to register at least 5 or 6 times, won’t let me. It would be nice if they showed an example as to how they wanted the info entered. Getting frustrated with this, easier to send the claim by mail!

Only works sometimes
Was very difficult to navigate for coordination of benefits and simply doesn’t work all the time - I have been trying to submit a claim all day and just keeps saying there is an internal error. I never have issues with my Manulife app.

Self pay?
Is there an option for union members to self pay through the app while they are not working? Love the app otherwise, it’s very convenient.
Doesn’t work!
Can’t even register an account due to app saying don’t use username, first or last name which I haven’t on the multiple attempts at registering.
