Useless app
It’s always an error!!
I’ve been using several banking apps from several different countries and only the BPI apprequires device registration that doesn’t work. Why do I need to register my device? Username + Password + OTP sent to registered mobile number should be more than enough for authentication. Device Registration is totally unnecessary!
the app won’t even let me log in. I can’t access my bank account.
Saying its always under maintenance
BPI what is happening? Your app is the lousiest. Offering Mobile Key to log in, but no notifications coming in. You keep changing and launching new app without sorting out issues especially in registration. A big turn off.

I am currently working overseas for almost 2 years now and I have been using BPI Mobile Banking ever since. The old app has no issues, smooth transactions for my monthly transactions from overseas to PH. Until this new app came and everything’s f’ed up. I was suddenly logged out of my account and I can’t log back in anymore even though I am using correct log in details. I tried “forgot username/password”, followed the instructions, but keep getting stucked in the verification ‘cause it always say “TRY AGAIN LATER. We’re unable to process your request at this time.” or “you have entered an invalid account detail. Please use another account.” How can I be wrong in putting the details if I have a copy to myself and always making sure I typed it correctly??! I tried raising this issue to the customer support, did the troubleshooting couple of times but still no positive result. Instructed me to send an email to technical support as this was a technical issue, waited for a couple of days to resolve my concern, and still no progress. Called them again and again, same protocols, same troubleshooting, same problem. And as instructed by their team, I need to have strong internet connection, strong signal in my ph roaming number. I have met the requirement but still getting the same error message. Same problem, different days/months. This is so frustrating. FIX THE DAMN APP!!!!!!
I can’t regain access to my account after switching a new device. Their device registration does not work. Some people need to do various steps to get it working for them. Customer support is unreliable.
