I want to open an account thru this app but everytime I try i met SEVERAL TECHNICAL PROBLEMS like they asked me to take a photo of my id but there is NO shutter button. One thing is for more, they keep on telling me to delete/reinstall the app, update my iOs etc. But none of these really worked. As of writing, Ive been trying for 8 days straight every single day to open an account but still no success. What a waste of offer saying their mobile app is convenient. For example with Version 3.0 the registration for mobile pin on a phone had to be repeated. With a proper beta test in place something like this should not have happened. Additionally, some functions like exchange $ is still not available in the App and can only be done via the web interface. That makes no sense at all. Please have a look at some banking apps from other countries to see what is possible in 2023. What if it was an emergency and you didn‘t have load? Not every Filipino has spare load to send a device registration message to you guys. As an app developer, there are many ways to get the device information without the user being the one to send it. What a stupid workaround on your part!
