FAST ONLINE ACCOUNT OPENING
1 government ID and 5 minutes are all you need to open a BPI savings account. Open an account with your Passport, Driver's License, Postal ID, SSS ID, PRC ID, or UMID. No need to go to the branch. Once the account is opened, you can immediately access BPI online banking services!

NOW ALSO YOUR E-WALLET WITH QR PAYMENTS
Skip the cash-in, scan any QR Ph in stores to pay straight from your BPI app!

EASY MONEY TRANSFERS
Easily transfer money between your BPI accounts, or send money to other BPI account holders. You can also transfer funds to other local banks and e-wallets via PesoNET and InstaPay. Set up Favorites to save time.

SCHEDULED TRANSACTIONS
Create scheduled transactions to billers, fund transfers to BPI accounts and other banks, and load to prepaid cards ahead of time so you don't miss due dates. You can set the frequency to one-time, monthly, and quarterly.

Are the developers even reading the reviews of this lousy app???? I was forced to update my app, and since then i am unable to register my device. I cannot make any transactions on the web even with otp. This is so stupid. If you want people to register their device, make sure the whole registration process works!!!!!!

pretty much useless when you are based abroad. registering your device via mobile app is not guaranteed. doing transaction on a desktop pc is a dead end as you will need the mobile app to perform transactions. OTP option is only for logging in. if you can’t register your mobile device then you can’t perform any transactions on the pc aside from viewing your account.

Needs a lot of improvement on the user end experience. A lot of repetitive steps. I get the need for the highest level of security but design can be better. Some tasks can be completed via the App then some tasks need to be via the site or should be via phone banking. Way too many platforms when other bank apps are a one-stop toolbox, atleast for basic transactions. Also, not too fond of their current female endorser on the App.

This is easily the worst bank app ever. I had to keep registering my account over and over again. It's absurd and it's such a waste of load for resending message overseas just for verification. I thought they'd fix issues from the old one but this is even more pathetic.

### *---- "Totally fed up trying to log in"
For months I have had constant problems trying to log in. I can’t use the app because I just get “we are unable to service your request at this time” even before I try to log in. I try on the web but have to reset my password every time because it says I have tried too many times I try once or twice because I was cut off before when tried three times with the correct password. When I do reset the password I log in then it says I need ANOTHER one time code, so I get that and enter it. Then it it says it will send a message to my iPad but I can’t get that because the app DOES NOT WORK. So we start over and over again getting worse each time as more ridiculous security levels are added. I think I have to close our accounts and move to Union Bank. This is hopeless.

I don’t understand why I need to re-register again my app? Does that mean my account is compromised or the app is compromised prompting me to re-register again? Worse, I need to send a roaming SMS at my own expense just so that BPI can verify my identity. Used other international bank apps and I don’t need to do this SMS sending process. This is the BEST BANK APP EVER!!! :)

How many times do you have to register your device hence having to keep setting up mobile key also!! Should only be one time but currently asks you to do it every so often when signing into your account. Clearly a bug which needs fixing
