Most thing you want to do are just few taps compared to being hidden away before. Better if you can add in the Rewards for each individual cards (points, cashback, rebate) instead of us calling your hotline or downloading another app just to know it Biller enrollment should be done fully online. No need to fill up forms and send email/go to branch. This is 2023 already. When the app is re-opened after leaving it in the background, it freezes, and only way to fix it is by swiping up to remove it from active apps queue. Please fix this. Most apps have figured this out. Expect BPI to do the same. Card control for credit cards. Most major banks have this feature already. It saves time calling your hotline.
