Same with me i cannot transfer using the new bpi apps before ok now almost one day i try still cannot. Pls take a look on this, i change my pw n latest email but still same. Very dissappointed until now cannot transfer with the mobile key, always not successful even i put otp
Tap to approve your bpi online request daw pero pag tinap mo wala namang nangyayari, nag eexpire lang yung request. Mga beh mobile key is one of your most most important features, pano to nakalagpas sa QA
Just got my number successfully changed and OTPs when logging on website works but when I login on the app to register, it keeps coming up with "try again later" error. I've been charged multiple times on my mobile but it won't login/register on the new app. How can you entice customers to download the app when it won't even work properly on basic steps such as registration. Nonsense
need to register again whenever have new update
Talagang ni-rollout ninyo pati web access kailangan iauthorize sa app, eh hindi nga makapag-enroll ng maayos sa app ninyo. Enrolled na to sa phone ko eh, nag-update kayo ng software tapos wala na. Ngayon nasa ibang bansa hindi maactivate.
I already registered my device last July then suddenly asking me to register again last 2 weeks. I tried to register almost everyday but all failed. All timeout and cannot proceed since failed to deliver the SMS. Please fix your app. Cannot do transaction because of this issue. No one responding in your customer support email and cannot go through your hotline.
Im an old user of this app whom already did mobile key registration for a while. And on and off it would ask you to register again which is somewhat okay. But today, i was asked 3x, 2x failed and the last one prompts successful. After that when logging in again, it goes back to the same registration. I cant even go thru my account itself. This stops me from doing any transactions at all that defeats the purpose of using this bank!
The old app is better! It keeps giving me the try again later error. I cannot do any transaction as they require you to register to this stupid app to enable mobile key. BPI shouldn’t have removed access to old app while this new app hasn’t been tested properly and proven stable.
Should have been 0, cannot use abroad, CS hotline got no answer
You can't register your device if you're in a foreign land. You still need to update phone number even if your philippine mobile number is working. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
