I recently upgraded to a brand new iPhone 15 Pro and attempted to log in to the BPI app, following the on-screen instructions meticulously. Despite successful verification, the app repeatedly threw errors, insisting I try again later. Being in Thailand, the SMS verification process incurred unnecessary costs, assuming I still owned an outdated iPhone 12 Pro Max. Navigating the website proved equally exasperating, as I found myself stuck in a loop, awaiting approval from a nonexistent old phone for mobile key login. Attempts to seek assistance through the international helpline were in vain, with no response. The AI on your website proved useless, emails went unanswered, and I'm left bewildered by BPI's lack of support. This convoluted process for account security is not only absurd but leaves customers stranded without any resolution. BPI, it's time to address these issues and provide the support your customers deserve.
