BPI BanKo Mobile App

BanKo is a great app, their app might lacked in some aspects but the service is great. I was able to get a personal loan which has low interest and payable in 1-3 months. I paid my balance in full even though my 2nd payment is not due. I tried re-availing their loan but it keeps on denying me, I don’t know what happened. Also, it takes minimum of 3 business days after your loan application to update you if you got approved or not.

If i buy/choose a load inside the app it wont show what kind of load or promo inside. It’s just a price of load no other details, improve that part so it’s a user friendly. Overall a good app!

Poor services and UI very bad service and customer support

The app is non consistent. Even I logged my account with correct usn and password, it doesn't work. And the biometrics log in doesn't work also. I can't open the app.

App asked to update the app so I did but and after I tried logging in it always says "Please try again later" again and again. I tried to uninstall it and re-install it back again and still same thing.

The BanKO services are efficient. However, the app itself has a lot of bugs and crashes often that causes worry whether or not transactions were successful or not. Also, generated QR for InstaPay are always in error. But overall, I like BanKO. Just please improve the app user experience.

Wala naman update dito more than 1 week nako nag register di mo parin malaman kung meron talaga or makapag loan ka dito

I can’t retrieve my username nor update my password due to the lower half of the app not showing.

Very slow approval process for loans. Napangalanan na “instant cash” pero it took forever. Kung dika magfo follow up wala talagang response

I opened an account because this is a subsidiary of BPI. However, sending money has been challenging since my account was locked due to an MPIN error. I ended up having to go directly to their head office as all the of the contact number is not working.
