Annoying…..
I have turned notifications off, but still get promotional notifications and constant messages telling how much better my experience of the app would be if I turned notifications on…… it will probably be deleted soon

Why have 2 Apps? Not very customer-oriented
My usual drive is a diesel. I use BPMe for 99% of my fuel and coffee purchases. However I’ve been using an electric car when out of town. I went to BP in Paraparaumu this weekend to charge and grab some treats for the kids. I pulled up alongside the fast charger, and instead of allowing me to use the current BPMe app, you wanted me to download another separate app!? The 25% discount (enticement) on my first coffee wasn’t doing it for me. Sorry guys, my money and my time went elsewhere. Please integrate electricity into the BPMe app.

Refuse to refund mistakes
These jerks sold me a car wash, that wasn’t working, then refused to refund the money when I got in touch with their support. Avoid using as if there are any mistakes you won’t get your money back.
Not satisfactory
Pump did not work and completed transaction.
Best hot choc
Staff friendly, happy and smiling. Great way to start the day at BP Bethlehem.
