## Brain Training Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t stop this app from taking money from my account!"
I played this game once or twice and then decided to delete it. It’s been three months and I am still getting charged for it! I deleted the app off my phone and still they charge me!
-- RANDI's IPHONE, 2025-01-21

### *---- "Cannot contact"
I have a purchase on January 5 that is not showing up on my Apple subscription list!!! It has been IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone & get some help!!! Don’t get this app!!!!!!
-- @jlw, 2025-01-18

### *---- "Stop do not buy"
I’m bored! There are only 3 games, 1 not working. 1 is stuck on the same test and never gets harder. The other 1 is still the same after several months . These games can be had for free elsewhere.

I have sent feedback repeatedly but no replies.

Now they have my money, they do not care.
-- Rvt2mt, 2025-01-07

### **--- "??"
Didn’t understand directions.
-- BxMenefee, 2024-12-29

### *---- "Bad Apps"
They purchase my credit card, but I am unable to access the apps.
-- Jumps12, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Overcharged can’t cancel"
I paid for a year subscription and it has taken money out of my account every month for the last three months. The email for support does not work to try and get it canceled. Do not subscribe to this app.
-- Dominic Constable, 2024-12-08

### *---- "This app does not function for me"
Every time I open the app, it automatically goes to the questions. After selecting my answers - AGAIN - it brings me to the place where I select my payment plans which HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR AND DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I have tried the phone number and no one is ever available to take my call at that time. I have emailed the address given only to have my system tell me it is undeliverable.
Any hints on how I can either access the sign-in part of the app or get a refund?
Any help would be appreciated.
-- susanzwho, 2024-11-27

### *---- "Fraudulent charges"
I never agreed to a trial. I deleted the app immediately, as soon as I saw there was a fee. It repeatedly keep charging me
-- KatieLittleItaly, 2024-11-20

### *---- "Fraudulent charges of 49.99 twice a month"
This company is fraudulently charging me $49.99 X 2 every month. It was only when I emailed them having discovered these charges, that they said it would refund $200+ in charges after cancellation.

Then they started up again now in December. I had to block my bank account until I receive new card.

Check your bank accounts- hopefully you don’t have the same issues.
-- Rajuljambiah, 2024-11-15

### *---- "Brainbloom"
Horrible app seems like scam and having trouble finding customer service email to cancel app I am still trying to cancel App per instructions. And, they change emails and never respond! Use at your own risk!!!!
