## Brain Upgrade Description
Brain Upgrade is a versatile sound engineering tool designed for deep focus, relaxation, and sleep optimization. By combining customizable binaural beats with a variety of high-fidelity noise colors and relaxing soundscapes, you can create a personalized acoustic environment tailored to your mental state. Save your unique configurations as presets to quickly switch between deep work, meditation, or rest.

Key Features
-Custom Binaural Frequency Control: Adjust the base frequency from 1 Hz to 800 Hz.
-Targeted Brainwave States: Tune the frequency gap (1–100 Hz) to target specific mental states:

Delta: Deep, dreamless sleep and physical restoration.
Theta: Deep meditation, REM sleep, and creative flow.
Alpha: Relaxed focus, pre-sleep calm, and stress reduction.
Beta: Active thinking, concentration, and high alertness.
Gamma: Peak mental performance, problem-solving, and cognitive processing.

-Dynamic Sound Direction: Use the Flip Binaural Beat feature to switch the wave direction (Left to Right / Right to Left) to suit your preference or headphone orientation.
-Sonic Color Palette: Choose from 5 specialized noise types:

White & Pink: Balanced frequencies for masking background distractions.
Brown: Deep, bass-heavy tones for intense focus or sleep.
Blue & Gray: Higher-frequency emphasis for specific acoustic needs.

Preset Management: Seamlessly save and load your favorite settings for instant access.

How to Use
1.Set your Base: Use the slider to pick a comfortable base frequency.
2.Define your State: Adjust the gap frequency to match your goal (e.g., 10 Hz for Alpha relaxation).
3.Layer Textures: Add one of the five noise types to create a fuller soundscape.
4.Directional Tuning: Toggle the wave direction to find what feels most natural for your ears.
5.Save: Once you find "the one," save it to your presets for future sessions.

Delta	0.5 – 4 Hz	Sleep, healing, and detachment.
Theta	4 – 8 Hz	Meditation, intuition, and memory.
Alpha	8 – 13 Hz	Visualization and effortless calm.
Beta	13 – 32 Hz	Alertness, logic, and critical thinking.
Gamma	32 – 100 Hz	High-level information processing.

## Brain Upgrade Reviews in United States

### **--- "Can not listen on headphones."
I like that this app is truly free and doesn’t make me purchase anything. I will watch ads. That is not a problem, but I do have a problem with this app not connecting with my Bluetooth headsets. It will connect when an ad is on, but once it goes back to the music, then it’s only on the phone speakers.
-- ActuallyAzuka, 2022-10-23

### *---- "Volume jacked"
You can’t adjust volume. They have presets and they are loud. Volume 1 is like 3 or 4.
-- Quemazote, 2022-09-29

### **--- "Not compatible with AirPods"
Doesn't work with air pods for whatever reason it defaults to phone speaker every time. I tried other apps (YouTube/Spotify/IG) to tat sound come back to this and auto disconnects from airpod pro every single time
-- Yungnblessd, 2022-04-05

### ***-- "App not working with AirPods"
Maybe I am doing something wrong, however the audio fails the come through AirPods.
-- iFckedYoBM, 2022-04-02

### *---- "Does not sync to AirPods"
Garbage app. No settings
-- bffdonebxos&)/(:?28, 2022-02-19

### *---- "Won’t work on your headphones"
App use to be good, but now won’t play through headphone which kind of defeats the purpose.
-- Ex-apple radio, 2022-01-17

### **--- "Wont work on headphones"
I would really like the way this app works if I could only use my headphones. Will not play through them. All other apps work fine with them.
-- #1 dudes, 2022-01-04

### ****- "Headphones won’t work anymore"
Love the app. But now headphones don’t work I tried both AirPods and beats neither worked
-- Solo sol0, 2021-08-24

### **--- "So hard to use!"
This was a horrible app. I deleted it yesterday because it is entirely up to the user to figure out how to best use it. Moving between brain waves relief on minuscule + - . It was slow, unresponsive and for a relaxing app it created too much stress!
-- ltrrrrr, 2021-05-17

### ****- "Great app, small glitch"
It’s a great app, but for some reason it is inconsistent about playing in the background. Sometimes it plays just fine with the screen locked, other times it won’t.

Really would get more out of it if it played in the background more often.
