Dear Support Team, I am writing to report a peculiar issue I encountered while playing Brain War. I have two separate accounts for the game, one accessed through an iPhone 4 and the other through an iPhone 15. However, at 4 AM today, while using the iPhone 15 account, I unexpectedly found myself matched against my another account, which was used on the iPhone 4. This situation seems unusual as the iPhone 4 was turned off at the time, making it improbable for both accounts to be active simultaneously. I have attached a screen recording video that captures the issue for your review. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and clarify whether I’ve been playing with all A.I accounts the whole time or if there might be another explanation.
