I've been using this App for the past three years and find it amazingly effective. I was diagnosed with ADHD at the late age of 32 and I'd had more jobs than people have thoughts. Ever since my diagnosis I have sought alternative ways to help increase my concentration span and highten my focus. To achieve this, I've combined the use of this app with a mixture of cognitive aids in combination with my medication. In three years I have been able to learn a new language, completed an ISO 9001 professional certification and today I am working for one of the worlds greatest consulting firms. If you are someone who is looking to optimally use your cognitive capacities in the most focused way for increased productivity or to gain a better mental balance this is one of the tools you could use to help you do that. I cannot, and do not speak for the world. I can only account for the positive experience I have had and continue to have with this Application and whether it's a placebo effect or just the power of persuation hightened to the max; the stuff works. Besides all I've said; there is the very real and physical ability of this app to drown out all other sounds around you and it can do this in some of the noisiest environments. Thank you so much for creating this app. It has contributed in me getting my life and career back on track and today I am poised for continued success and greater personal achievement. I've been using brain waves to help with concentration, stress relief, focusing, etc .. For couple of years. This app is another way to do it. Really good one.
As a person who has a very hard time with sleep this app has helped me so much.
I can’t recommend this app enough, I use it every night to sleep and it truly makes a huge difference.
I got this to try to help with getting better deep sleep, so far any time I’ve used the app, it actually has done the opposite and I get little to no deep sleep.
I nearly had an OBE on the meditation/waterfall combo. I’ve tried several other hemisync style apps and services, this one actually works wonders. I can’t wait to explore some more.
So greatful this app was made before “subscription models” took hold in app store and that they still just let us pay once because this app has a lot of value. I use “focused and alert” a lot during work or study, I only play it 15-20 minutes. And I use deep slow wave sleep for 20 minutes for quick refreshing power naps during day. I like to pair it with Max Richter’s SLEEP: Tranquility Base album (spotify or itunes). I put on the “espresso shot” program 5 mins before starting an intense run to get me in peak brain state for super focused turbo resolve and let it run for 15 more mins into my run, by then runners high keeps me going just fine with right music.
