Essential.
State is everything and at the core of any undertaking. Would be cool to see them add a “rise and shine” program that helps you get out of that morning lazy sluggishness and in sync with the idea of a lo ring work out. Quick energy might be that but can’t be sure lol

Get all the apps by this dev. Worth far more than they are charging. My beat saber scores improved, my headaches go away faster, I sleep better, my BP is down, all my Wellatory stats (another great app) are improved.
