They will pay you but you have to give them so much private information, it is not worth it. Plus, they have stupid transaction fees so you don’t actually earn as much as they claim. So much is locked too, it is so scammy.

Once you reach the minimum to cash out. You can not cash out. They put a lock on a percentage of it. It doesn’t make any sense. Not sure what’s the purpose of linking the accounts to receive cash back if they are going to be stingy with the rewards. It’s giving scam.

horrible app i want to make money and i was recommended this app so it says join a club for money yea okay i do that then it says connect a retailer and i have no clue or what that is so i dont want to do it but i cant skip it so i cant even use this app

On the page in apps where it says unlock rewards instantly it wasn’t actually so instant apparently lol what a joke and when I contacted support about my reward for buying an item a automatic bot by the name of Alex kept messaging the same automated message to me “ Hi there, Thank you for reaching out and for being a part of the Brandclub community. Apologies for the difficulties. In order to receive a daily deal instant reward, the featured product must be purchased and synced within the promotional timeframe and is only available for a limited supply. We recommend immediately syncing your account once you have purchased a product featured with an eligible instant reward. If you have synced your account before and after your instant reward purchase, and are still having difficulty with the reward, we recommend the following: Confirm your Amazon account is still connected (navigate to Accounts tab). If it is still connected, disconnect/reconnect by clicking "edit" at the bottom of the page. Easy to use and no receipt saving. I feel like there are not many brands that earn me points even though I shop and buy a lot for my family if 6 people and two dogs. But I’ve earned over $100 and it didn’t take any real effort.

I REALLY love this app and love making decent money from the surveys in just a few minutes (one of the best survey apps I’ve downloaded) every day because it all adds up, but I really wish brandclub would raise their survey payout prices and their referral amount! It used to be $12/referral last year and I guess way too many people have signed up and they’ve only dropped it to three dollars, such a let down! The survey payouts used to be 75 cents per survey and now they’re only 35 cents. They’re just like any other survey app now which is why I knocked off one star, other than that it would’ve been five stars. Brandclub-PLEASE read my review and please consider raising your monetary amount! I love talking about you on my social media and having my referral link in my stan store for everyone.

Sam’s club and Aldi should be added to the options to be able to sync accounts. A lot of ppl are going to Aldi to save money on groceries bc of the prices with inflation.

I have emailed spoken to a few people but no solutions are actually working to get me an account that lets me sign in. I have a lengthy story but none of my groceries were sinking, so I deleted my account. I thought I’d be able to just re-fresh and redo my account but that was not possible. Every single time I contacted customer service I was just told that once your account is deleted, there’s nothing they could do, but offering no solutions to my problem, somebody said that they could see my account in the system to reset my password, but it wouldn’t even let me sign in the app just circles and goes back into the sign in screen so I login with my information and then it circles back to the login screen. have no idea what to do at this point other than write it on here because no one is able to give me a solution or help me.
