Messages, plans, and moments of connection all happen inside apps built to keep us scrolling. To stay connected, we’re forced to fight algorithms designed to steal our attention. BreakFree exists to change that. Block the noise. Remove distracting feeds and short-form content when you need to focus. Start a session instantly or schedule focus time ahead. Keep the connection. Access your messages in a clean, feed-free interface. Stay reachable through social media without getting pulled back into endless scrolling. Build momentum. Every focused session turns into streaks, momentum, and time saved. Progress you can see adds up faster than you think. Lock in together. Focus with friends, stay accountable, and create an environment that pushes everyone forward. Friendly competition. Shared wins. Turn focus into something social through group sessions and leaderboards. Focus Pet A small companion that grows with your consistency, because good habits feel better when they’re visible. BreakFree helps you stay present with the people that matter, without being consumed by the feed. Previously it was too easy to bypass with just Built-In Apple features, but it does a good job of really holding me to my word and removing any excuse I got to keeping it. The texting feature is also good. -- Solstrii, 2026-01-13 ### ***** "This is exactly what I need" The only focus app that allow me to also communicate through instagram dms. I always get distracted and doom scroll everytime I try to text someone. This app is magic. Saved me so much time because of my ADHD. -- Another col man, 2026-01-02 [View all Breakfree reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Breakfree Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/canada) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/france) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/germany) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/australia) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/vietnam) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/hungary) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/india) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/kuwait) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/netherlands) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/romania) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/israel) - [Bolivia](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/bolivia) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/slovakia) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/switzerland) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/philippines) - [Qatar](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/qatar) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/czechia) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/spain) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/chile) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/breakfree-screen-time-control-TWxy/argentina) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
